Welcome to your Schlei Hotel in Kappeln.
30 non-smoking rooms with modern Nordic furnishings await you in the former town hall of Kappeln. Whether with a view of Kappeln's old town and the beautiful Amanda mill or over the rooftops of the charming residential town: all rooms have a cosy box-spring bed, a seating area with side table, desk, safe, flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosy mirror. Wi-Fi, a car park, a welcome bottle of water and a coffee and tea station in your room are always included in the room rate.

Please bear in mind that our building and our rooms are not barrier-free. We do not have a lift and the building is not accessible without steps.
Our prices depend on the season and availability. If you have a specific travel period, we can inform you of the corresponding accommodation price. What we can always promise you: You will only get the best available rate from us!
Single room
Our single rooms are approx. 13 square metres in size and have a 1.20 metre wide bed. In all single rooms you can enjoy the view over the roofs of Kappeln.
Double room Budget
Our budget rooms are approx. 18 square metres and have 1.40 metre wide beds. These are perfect for single travellers who need a little more space or for couples who are particularly fond of each other. From these rooms you can enjoy the view of Kappeln's old town and the Amanda mill.
Double room
Our double rooms are approx. 28 square metres and are equipped with a 1.60 metre wide bed. All rooms are located at the back of the building and have a view of the Kappeln neighbourhood.
Double room Comfort
These rooms are located on the ground floor, have approx. 28 square metres and a 1.60 metre wide bed. All rooms have a separate outside entrance, a small outdoor area and a pantry kitchen with fridge. From May to mid-October, you can use the seating outside your entrance and spend the evening in the fresh air.
"Bürgermeister room"
Our mayor's room has a historical background, as the mayor of Kappeln used to have his office here. The former filing cabinet is now available to our guests as a wardrobe. Otherwise, you will find a combined living and sleeping area in a Nordic-modern style in the approx. 40 square metre room.
holiday flat
Our highlight on the upper floor is the Rathaus-Studio (family studio) with approx. 40 m², which offers a combined living and sleeping area. The 1.80 metre wide bed and the cosy sitting area with armchairs and couch create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere in one room. Thanks to the large window fronts, the room is flooded with light and offers a marvellous panoramic view over the roofs of Kappeln as far as the Schlei. The second room is furnished with a 1.40 metre wide bed. Both rooms are available so that you can enjoy an even larger and cosier feel-good atmosphere together with your family.

from 7 years: 30 euros per person/night

Would you like to bring your four-legged friend with you? Dogs are just as welcome here. As we have some particularly dog-friendly rooms, please book in advance by calling 04642 / 9999-430 or sending an e-mail to kontakt@schleihotel.de.
The cost is €15 per dog per night. Please note that dogs are not allowed to join us for breakfast.
